Getting Ready to Prepare Estimates in QuickBooks
Step 1: Open QuickBooks and sign in as an Administrator. After that, click the “Edit” tab on the menu bar.

Step 2: Select the specific customer’s name you have created the Estimate for. Select the “Show” button, and then choose “Estimates”
Step 3: Do a double-click on the specific Estimate, which has been prepared for the customer. The estimate will start on the QuickBooks window.
Step 4: Select the “Create Invoice” key at the upper part of the estimate form. QuickBooks will convert the estimate and will show the customer data along with the line items in a separate new invoice window. You can edit/alter the line items whenever required.
Step 5: Select the “Print” key to take the invoice printout right away.
